The Special Ones.

Note: This post was written back in May 15, 2019, and for some weird reason I couldn't post it 😅 I'm in a train heading home. Monsoon's making random appearances along the way. It's always good to travel at night. You wouldn't feel the distance, and the passing of time :) You know, however hard it may seem to agree, but at some point in life (or throughout your life) you’ll have one person of opposite gender whom you feel like opening to. You may or may not know well each other, but still having him/her around you brings the best in you and makes you active. I’m not at all talking about lovers – even lovers will get exhausted of things to talk about, eventually. I’m talking about friends, the special ones in general. I’m pretty sure that each of us have that one best friend to whom you are completely open to and are eager to speak whenever you get time. That’s the thing with best friends. You never run short of things to talk about, and find random shit to do

Relationships - thoughts over rain.

It's raining in Bangalore. The pre-monsoon showers have started to kick in. Weather's cooler now, so is the mind. A friend of mine told me once, that rains have this ability to slow down time, that for a moment we enjoy it. Nature always find ways to be admired of. It even gives time for us to reflect - think of life, people and places, things and memories. What I thought of in this fine evening was about relationships. To be frank, I'm not planning on a pep talk on relationships and its values. Instead I wanna talk about how underrated the term 'relationship' has become these days, and how misplaced it's values have become, particularly in friendships. I call them 'Tissue Paper Relationships' - the reason can obviously be figured out. This 'Use and Throw' mentality is increasing among modern-day relationships. Friends are no longer 'friends' but two people pretending to be close to each other till they are done with wha

Return.

It's been a while since I've wrote something, close to 3 years I assume. Lost the touch in writing, lost the connect to it, the urge that triggered the writer in me. Honestly, I didn't know the reason behind it, but I did have clues. You know life can be more painful than pleasure. I had to find closure, in quiet a lot of things. When this blog started out in 2017, I was an undergrad. Two years later I am an employee. There were strings which I had to cut lose, baggage that I let go which dragged me down. Sometimes it's better to let go of things. The earlier you realise it, the better you become. I've started writing again.

Today? No, tomorrow. Or maybe, the day after that.

When It comes to making decisions or starting off something in life, we often postpone it so much so that we end up dumping it all up.We humans have a sincere affection towards Newton's first law of motion, with a slight difference. When we are in  rest, we continue to be in rest, and when we are active, we try to finish the activity so that we may be in rest again!         Lousiness has affected much of the young people today that they feel reluctant to everything that requires a change in their state. They are more happy with their company, being comfortable with their own phone, creating an online world of their own. Its becoming common that we cannot see teenagers engaging in conversations or playing around or engaging in activities like they did two or three years ago. Mobile phones have caused such a change that teens nowadays don't even come out of their homes, and even worse, their very own rooms. They've come to deny the fact that there is a space out

Think of possibilities, not limitations.

Have you ever wondered why the ones who you thought would have a great future or would definitely turn out to be successful in life, would in the end become nothing less than a common man? Have you ever wondered as to why the extraordinary in someone whom you thought of becomes less than ordinary? Moreover, have you ever thought that that 'someone' is you?         I am of the belief that every life form in the earth is extraordinary, humans being the cleverest of them of all and the laziest too. Unlike humans, every other animal knows about its real potential and uses all of the skills which it possesses. Since they aren't lazy, they make use of their skills for their benefit.         We humans are a great creation of God, and unlike many animals, we are clever. We can think through things for ourselves. God has gifted us extraordinary skills that could transform the world itself. But what's the result? Only one among ten use their skills to their benefi

Life in the little things - School.

There was something special about monsoon in the childhood days. Apart from the rain and the wind, the outside cold and inside hot, it was another year's beginning at school.         School wasn't just a word. It was an emotion. It was the time of our lives where much of 'what we are today' was made. I'm sure everyone of you will surely have something to speak about School as me and I'm pretty sure that you would then start recollecting memories so much so that you would get amazed at all the memorable, crazy things you've done.         Friends made school life, and the moments recollected made everyone feel of experiencing them again. Whether it be the boring classes, the silly fights, the shared lunch boxes, copying in exam, laughing at the same low marks, the culturals, sports, and even farewell - all these still remain fresh in our minds.         It is however quite interesting to note that friends who promised to be there till the end

Hello Everyone! Welcome to the blog of The February Blogger, created in March.         Well, I haven't written much in the past neither am I a skillful writer, but some major events or thoughts that came along in the past - particularly this February 2017 - made me think of creating a blog, and scribble my thoughts over to you all.         Oops! I forgot to introduce myself, like always. I am Freddy Jetty Johnson, a young aspirant and dreamer (that's what I think of me!) living in the small town of Thiruvalla of the Pathanamthitta District in the state of Kerala in India. While I'm writing this blog, I've crossed 19 years, 4 months and 19 days on earth. I'm pursuing BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) in Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Kottayam. I'm at the end of fourth sem now as well.         I'm a realistic human being with a taste for programming and graphic designing. And as they say, I love what I do and do w
